Godorfel Castle

Well defended fortress in a naturally advantageous position

Probably one of the oldest border forts in this region, predating the Empire of Men

Overlooking the ruins of Godorfel, a tradetown abandoned 400 years ago. When nearby dwarfhold was sealed and trade stopped.

Never actually conquered, but instead has been abandoned several times when holding it had no strategic value.

Castle has remained an outer supply outpost and a border fort ever since

Resupplied and fortified ever since increased orc movements were detected

Home base for several scouting missions deep into orcish territory

Currently under siege
