-On the 5th jump off the charted jump lanes spinward of the Capellan Confederation, the company stumbled upon in system radio traffic. The 3rd planet from the local star hosted what appears to be the remains of a failed colony ship along with survivors of the original crew. \\
-The Capellan mission handlers were immediately interested and sent the crew to investigate. Upon landing at the wreck site, the locals were nowhere to be found and there was only one active signal deep inside the wreckage field. The moment [[battletech:sipsik|Sipsik]] dismounted his 'Mech to investigate potent jamming drowned out all radio contact and battle with the locals ensued. \\
-The local force was using Urbanmechs and outdated heavily missile dependent ICE powered vehicles. The battle came to a standstill, when [[battletech:pinky|Pinky]] and [[battletech:dmytro|Dmytro]] managed to locate the source of the jamming and disable it. \\
-Contrary to original assumptions, the source of the jamming was not the locals, but a jamming satellite left in orbit by the Shark on Bones pirate group, who apparently were waiting for the company and the locals to soften themselves up. \\
-A truce was negotiated with the surviving locals to repel the incoming pirate attack lance. The new objective is to acquire the jamming technology, which has the Capellan mission handlers actively salivating.
